Lumapic generates AI photos from your selfies. This policy describes what we collect, where we store it, and how to have it deleted.

What we collect

• Account info: email, display name, sign-in method
• Selfies you upload as inputs
• Generated photos we produce for you
• Purchase records (we never see your card — Stripe handles it)
• Usage data: which templates you tried, when

Where we store it

All your data is stored on Amazon Web Services in the EU. Photos sit in private S3 buckets with short-lived presigned URLs for access.

How long

• Input selfies: auto-delete after 30 days
• Generated photos: kept until you delete them (or your account)
• Trained models: kept until you delete them
• Account record: kept while account is active

What we don’t do

• Train AI models on your photos
• Sell your data to advertisers or brokers
• Share your photos with anyone except the inference provider needed to run your generation

Your rights

Download, delete, or export your data anytime from Account settings, or by emailing contact@aisolutionlabs.ai. We respond within 30 days, per GDPR.
